"From Roots To Mountains" is a special one, as I feel the closing track of any album should be. Following some darker themes that many of the previous songs presented, this one is a more inspirational tune, dedicated to, and is a message to anyone who suffers from mental illness, insecurity, low self-esteem, depression, and knows how it feels to want end it all.  You are not alone in this world. You are loved. You have support. It can get better. 
Opening with a melody that’s a hugely-inspired tribute to a certain Canadian artist, this entirely major-key composition is cheerful, hopeful, joyous, epic… and a perfect way to close off the album.
