“When Frost Falls” wasn’t originally intended to be on the album but I wrote it during the recording process and I felt like it should be included. I don’t have much to say about this one, except that when the idea came to me, the writing came quite naturally. It includes a melody I wrote over a decade ago for a black metal project that never came into fruition, and I never did anything with it until now. It worked with the rest of the song so I decided to use it, and I think this one in particular came out sounding really nice.
